Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate with Crunchie Pieces

Ingredients

60g butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon honey
4 cups corn flakes
250g block Cadbury® Dairy Milk® Chocolate with Crunchie Pieces

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large microwaveproof mixing bowl heat the butter, sugar and honey on High (100% power) for 1 minute or until the butter melts. Stir well.
  2. Lightly crush the corn flakes and add to the bowl. Stir well to coat the flakes in the honey mixture. Spread into a lined 18 x 28 cm slab pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into squares and place in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate over. Leave for a couple of minutes, then spread with a knife to smooth the surface. Allow to set, then cut into fingers and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
