Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate with Crunchie Pieces

Ingredients
60g butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon honey
4 cups corn flakes
250g block Cadbury® Dairy Milk® Chocolate with Crunchie Pieces
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large microwaveproof mixing bowl heat the butter, sugar and honey on High (100% power) for 1 minute or until the butter melts. Stir well.
- Lightly crush the corn flakes and add to the bowl. Stir well to coat the flakes in the honey mixture. Spread into a lined 18 x 28 cm slab pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into squares and place in a food processor. Process until finely chopped.
- Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate over. Leave for a couple of minutes, then spread with a knife to smooth the surface. Allow to set, then cut into fingers and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
