Pascall Megamallows
Cake decorating piping gel (cake icing)
Plain paper and greaseproof paper
Method
- Draw the pattern of 2 wings (about 5cm in length) and 2 antenna onto a piece of paper.
- Cover pattern with greaseproof paper. Trace pattern with melted Cadbury Cooking Chocolate in a paper piping bag.
Place in the fridge to set. - Carefully peel chocolate wings and antenna from paper.
Pipe or spread a little melted Cadbury Cooking Chocolate onto the top of a Pascall Megamallow. - Gently press wings and antenna into chocolate and prop up with a block, small jar or crumpled paper towel and leave to set.
- Spread a little cake decorating piping gel (cake icing) down the centre between the wings for the body of the butterfly.
