Milk Chocolate Bud Cookies

Serves 30

Ingredients

125g butter
1 cup brown sugar
¾cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
1½ cups self raising flour
¾ cup Cadbury® Milk Chocolate Buds

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160ºC.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla essence and egg.
  4. Stir in flour until combined.
  5. Add Cadbury Milk Chocolate Buds.
  6. Place teaspoons of mixture on greased baking tray and bake in moderate over for 10-15 minutes.
