New Zealand's City of the South gets a chocolate coating in July as people of all ages enjoy a week of chocolaty fun at the Cadbury World Winter Events.

Cadbury World is excited to offer irresistible chocolate family entertainment during the winter school holidays! We have all the favourites including the Cadbury Crunchie Trains, Cadbury Couture and the Teddy Bear’s Picnic with the grand finale – The Cadbury Jaffa Race! A kiwi favourite, Jaffas are balls of orange sugar-coated chocolate. Watch giant Cadbury Jaffas hurtle their way down Baldwin Street in Dunedin – the world’s steepest street. Dunedin entices visitors with its dramatic setting, fascinating heritage and proximity to incredible wildlife. The city is surrounded by hills and has ocean beaches to the east and the forest farmland of central Otago to the west. On Dunedin’s doorstep is a magnificent array of wildlife, including the world’s rarest penguins and the world’s only mainland breeding colony of Royal Albatross. For a small city, Dunedin has a surprisingly wide selection of cafés and restaurants, as well as theatre, an orchestra, a highly regarded public art gallery and a ‘writer’s walk’. Known as the Edinburgh of the South, Dunedin is proud of its Scottish heritage and is one of the best-preserved Victorian and Edwardian cities in the Southern Hemisphere. Whether you’re a wildlife fan, a history buff or a chocolate-lover, Dunedin has something for everyone.
