1. Place all ingredients in a heatproof bowl.
2. Place bowl over a pot of simmering water.
3. Stir until chocolate melts and ingredients are combined.
4. Pour into a lined 24cm square cake tin.
5. Refrigerate until set.
6. Cut into squares to serve.
7. Store in refrigerator in a sealed container.
