What you need
2 x 225g CADBURY Baking Dark Chocolate Melts
200ml thickened cream
3 x 52g Cherry Ripe bars, chopped
180g Cadbury Baking Dark Chocolate
2 tsp vegetable oil
1. Place chocolate 2 packs of Melts and cream in a microwave safe bowl on medium heat for approx. 2 minutes, or until melted. Stir well to combine. Leave it to cool. When cool, mix through the Cherry Ripe pieces.
2. Pour into a flat container (a plastic takeaway container is ideal) and refrigerate for 1 hour. Scoop into small balls and place on a lined tray. Return to refrigerator to firm.
3. Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in oil and mix well.
4. Coat each ball in melted chocolate, using 2 forks for lifting. Place balls on lined baking tray, scatter over the remaining crushed Cherry Ripe pieces and leave to set.
