Cadbury Rocky Road Chocolate Ice Cream

Ice cream, Cadbury chocolate and marshmallows are all it takes for a super easy dessert everyone will love.

• 2 litres CADBURY Chocolate Ice Cream, softened slightly

• 1 cup PASCALL Marshmallows, roughly chopped

• 220g CADBURY DAIRY MILK Rocky Road, roughly chopped

• 100g CADBURY Dark or Milk Cooking Chocolate, chopped

• ½ cup cream


GENTLY fold together the ice cream, marshmallows and Rocky Road chocolate. Spoon into a 20 x 20 x 4cm baking dish. Cover and freeze until firm.
MELT together the dark chocolate and cream in a glass bowl over simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Stir to combine and set aside to cool.
TO serve, scoop ice cream into serving bowls and drizzle with the chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
