Ingredients

• 120g CADBURY Dark Chocolate Melts, melted and cooled slightly

• 2/3 cup sour cream

• 2 2/3 cups chocolate biscuit crumbs

• 36 silver cachous

• 1/2 cup thinly sliced almonds

• 2 sticks THE NATURAL CONFECTIONERY CO. 99% Fat Free Liquorice

• Sticks, each cut into 9 thin strips

Instructions

COMBINE the chocolate and sour cream in a bowl. Stir in 2 cups of biscuit crumbs, cover and chill until firm.
ROLL a tablespoonful of mixture into a ball and make one end pointy to form a “nose”. Roll in remaining biscuit crumbs. Place 2 cachous on the pointy end for eyes, 2 slices of almond for ears, and a piece of licorice for a tail. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 18. Chill until required.
